Scholarship Description
The “Injury to Opportunity” Scholarship provides a benefit to the children of persons who have suffered or perished from a Personal Injury Accident, or a work related (Workers Compensation) injury.
Applicants must apply before their 21st birthday; must have had a parent who suffered an injury, resulting in a permanent disability or wrongful death.
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be a high school student in good standing.
Academic achievement, aptitude, extracurricular activities, and community service of the applicant are considered
Award may be used for: Any undergraduate study
Award may be used at: Vocational/Technical school, Two-year college, Four-year college
Applicant must agree to allow E&T to use his/her name, photo and/or story in future scholarship materials
