Scholarship Description
HoustonMovers.com is passionate about helping newcomers discover what an amazing city their hometown of Houston is. For their $500 annual scholarship, they invite participants to submit an essay of 500–750 words describing their own hometowns, what makes them unique, and why they love living there. Eligible participants are graduating US high school seniors or undergraduate students with a cumulative GPA above 3.0 over the previous school year. The submission deadline is September 1 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern).
